sho' biz. Saw Blow last night. I'll admit, I had my preconceived notions of what it would be like. A movie with Penelope Cruz (judging from her past performances) can't be that stirring (plus Kimber, our film geek, hates her with a passion). But it was different from what I expected, better than I thought it would be. Oh, and I totally caught Franka Potente as Barbara (after double-checkin on IMDB, of course), yay me.
And is it just me, or does the late Ted Demme look like one of the Williams brothers from Doves?
