[:I HEART MOM:] I just got off the phone with my momma. I woke myself up from my nap to ask, really, beg, if I could charge $12 to the credit card to get rid of those pesky ads on my blog. She was like, suure. Then, as if that weren't enough, or maybe I just couldn't believe my ears, I told her that my blog helped me refine my writing skills (which is true) and that it is beloved by all, not just by me (not so true). Then she was like, I hope someday you'll write lots of books (she put it more succinctly), and you'll be doing book-signings at Barnes&Noble and Borders and you'll be famous. I was like, And of course, you'll be in the Acknowledgments: To my momma, for being there through thick and thin.
